Family Responsibilities
- Bring your child to the center as scheduled. ( Last drop off time is 8:50am. )
- Sign child in and out using accurate times and dates including full signature.
- Keep informed with our daily reports and other forms of communication (Parent Handbook, emails, texts).
- Keep all information about enrollment current. (Immunization, address, phone number, addition or deletion of a person authorized to pick up children, etc.)
- See that your child does not bring gum, food, candy, drinks, or toys unless authorized by the Director in advance.
- Keep sick children at home until they are symptom free for at least 24 hours or have been on antibiotics for the appropriate time as determined by your child’s pediatrician. Sick symptoms include but are not limited to:
- Fever of 100.4 or more
- Diarrhea
- Vomiting
- Undiagnosed rash
- Red eyes with discharge
- Cannot participate in the daily center activities
- Bring your child fully dressed and appropriately for the weather and daily planned activities.
- Provide necessary hygiene products: lip balm, diapers, powders, and ointments. Permission forms must be filled out if parents want us to use external products.
- We take sun safety seriously, we provide Babyganics sunscreen brand. If you need a different one, we require you to provide it for your child for outside time.
- Please make sure you have already applied sunscreen to your child prior childcare.
- Provide a change of clothes in a Ziploc bag.
- Label all clothes, coat, sweaters, blankets, and shoes with the child’s name.
- Help us keeping your child’s cubby clean and organized.
